Monday – Friday – 5pm & 6pm
Tuesday – Thursday – 6:30am
Instructions on Booking Your Classes:
To schedule the classes you would like to attend please:
1) Click the “Book Classes” link above
2) Look over the schedule and click on the class you would like to book
3) Sign in or create an account
4) Book your classes for the week
5) The screen will automatically go to your “Agenda” page after you book your classes, this page will list out all the classes you have booked. You can always go to your “Agenda” page from the calendar by clicking the “Agenda” tab.
6) You will be e-mailed a confirmation e-mail and have a secure spot for that class. Please show up to classes that you have reserved a spot and please show up on time to ensure a great class for everyone!
***NOTE*** If you need to cancel a booking you made please go to your “Agenda” page and edit your bookings or you can edit your booking from the calendar page as well. Thank you

About our Classes:
Each class is conducted in a way that all levels of fitness and experience can jump right in and have the work out of their life, which produces results. Each class is one (1) hour long and can only accommodate 10 athletes at a time due to equipment. Please sign up for a class at top of this page to reserve your spot before hand. Show up early so we can start right on time, we wont waste your time so don’t waste ours. If the class you want to go to is full still show up, depending upon the work out we might run heats or someone might be a no show. The people that signed up online will have priority in the class, but you will still get your work out and fellowship.
